Background: Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is an exceedingly nutritious legume being employed for farming globally. The characterization of groundnut genetic diversity and population structure can be used unswerving detection phenotype x genotype relations. Methods: investigation was carried out with germplasm lines nutritional anti-nutritional profiling i.e., total sugars, proline, amino acid, DPPH, phenol, phytic flavonoid, lipid peroxidation superoxide dismutase activity (SOD) along molecular analysis early late leaf spot diseases. Result: heat map ranged between (-4 to 4) represents the level expression diverse biochemical parameters. markers S008 S053 0.2293 0.5269 PIC values 0.203 0.4224 markers, respectively. number sub populations (K) constructed based on maximum likelihood delta K (dK) subdivided into three subgroups. Employing a membership probability threshold, 31 genotypes were allocated subgroup (SG) 1, 15 SG 2 rest mixed proportions.
